ACDSee PhotoEditor it is a program created to fast raster image processing. It offers a set of tools and filtrs, which let us to change a look of every picture. A very interesting tool is for example Vignette which let us create portraits for genealogical trees. Another option is inter alia: removing the effect of ,,cat?s eye??, manipulation of colours, sharpening of the picture, change of colour balance, clearness, contrast or bluescreen option which let us change the background on any picture. The application is not available in English version but it should not be a problem, because interface is quite clear.
